AKZ farm was established in Bend, Oregon in 2018. After spending almost 30 years in Alaska, Greg and Cathy returned to Central Oregon and established AKZ farm.

We hosted a beautiful and successful wedding for our niece in 2022. Many people who attended said we should make this a wedding venue, so we decided to give it a go.

While in Alaska we had a catering business so Catering is available with AKZ farm sourced food at certain times. We will source from other local farms if we don't have certain food items. We specialize in Greek food but can do many kinds of cuisine. We also have a spit that can do whole animals such as lambs, pigs, goats or portions of beef.

Our boys, Nathan and Matthew, own and operate Zorba the Greek food truck here in Bend, and can also provide catering.

Greg has a love for wood working and has a small wood shop on property. He can do custom work or has many items available in stock. Check out the wood working page for more information.
